These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MobiPOS ("the Service"), operated by HixCode. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

MobiPOS is a cloud-based point-of-sale and business management system for retail shops, including features for product and inventory management, sales, installment (qist) selling, purchases, customer and supplier records, staff management, and reporting.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by staff members you add. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service outside your own account, or to interfere with the Service's normal operation.

4. Your Data

Data you enter into MobiPOS — including products, sales, customers, and staff records — belongs to you. We do not share your business data with other businesses using MobiPOS or with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

5. Trial and Subscription

New accounts may start with a free trial period. Continued use of the Service after any trial period may require an active subscription, on terms communicated to you separately. We do not display pricing on this site as it is subject to change — contact us for current details.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, HixCode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business data due to your own actions or third-party causes outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive or unlawful use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
